Durmac motors warrants that the "power train "components of your vehicle are free from defects in material or workmanship from time of sale for a period of 2 month or 2000 klm,s  whichever comes first. The following components are covered by this warranty

ENGINE
•    cylinder block, head and all internal parts
•    timing cover, gears, chain or belt , sprockets
•    intake manifold, flywheel and pilot bearings
•    oil pump and chain
•    valve cover, oil pan, oil cooler
•    engine mounts
•    gaskets and seals for reciprocating engine

TRANSMISSION/TRANSAXLE
•    trans. case and all internal parts
•    torque converter
•    trans. mounts
•    external oil cooler
gaskets and seals

•    DRIVE TRAIN

•    differential housing and all internal parts
•    drive axle and constant velocity joints
•    propeller shaft
•    centre bearing
•    universal joints
•    internally lubricated bearingsNT

THE LIABILITY OF DURMAC MOTORS UNDER THIS WARRANTY IS  LIMITED SOLELY TO THE REPAIR OR REPLACEMENT OF DEFECTIVE PARTS.   SOME ITEMS NOT COVERED BUT NOT LIMITED TO THIS LIST- MISUSE, ACCIDENTS, FIRE, THEFT , ALTERATION, LACK OF MAINTENANCE, ENVIRONMENTAL CONDITONS , NORMAL DETERIORATION, DISCOLOURATION, WEAR AND TEAR, REFRIGERANT, TOWING, EXTRA EXPENSES, TIRES, BATTERIES, ELECTRICAL   COMPONENTS, TIME AND WEAR DATED ITEMS , BULBS, HARD AND SOFT TRIM.

NOTICE OF OWNER RESPONSIBILITY
MOST VEHICLES WE SELL STILL HAVE A PORTION OF THE MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY REMAINING BUT REQUIRE THE NEW OWNER TO INFORM THEM OF THE TITLE CHANGE THROUGH THE DEALER NETWORK.  THIS IS IMPORTANT AND SHOULD BE DONE IN A RESONABLE TIME AFTER DELIVERY. NOTIFING THE MANUFACTURER WIL ALLOW THEM TO CONTACT YOU IN THE FUTURE FOR RECALLS, UPDATES, PRODUCT IMPROVEMENTS AND CAMPAIGNS THAT YOUR VEHICLE MAY REQUIRE.THERE MAY BE CHARGES  ASSOCIATED WITH THIS TRANSFER OF WARRANTY AND /OR OTHER REQUIREMENTS, THESE ARE THE RESPONSIBLITY OF THE NEW OWNER AND NOT DURMAC MOTORS.
